FFS – Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in tabling at the Farm and Food Symposium. We are excited to resume this two-day, in-person event where progressive farmers (small and large), ag industry professionals, consumers and other conservation partners will gather to gain a deeper understanding of the ecological practices and the economic incentives of regenerative farming.

Your tabling fee admits one representative from your organization to attend the conference. Please fill out the registration form completely for the individual that will be representing your business/organization.

Event Details:
• Set up: Friday, Nov. 5th at 7:30 am
• 10’x10′ booth spaces
• You supply your own table, chairs and tent (if needed).
• If you need access to electricity please not in registration and bring your own extension and electrical cords.
• Attendees will only have time to visit booths to pick up collateral materials and information packets in between classes (10-15min).
• Booths are allowed to be unstaffed for periods of time, with any risk held by the vendor.
• Tear Doen: Saturday, Nov. 6th at 3:30 pm

COVID-19 Event Protocols

Your health and safety is our top priority! Per the Washington State mandate, all attendees regardless of vaccination and/or test status, are required to wear masks that cover the nose and mouth indoors throughout the Conference, with the understanding that masks may be removed while eating or drinking. As the emergence of a highly contagious variant, face masks remain an important tool in preventing transmission of the virus. Those planning to attend the Farm and Food Symposium are expected to prioritize the health and safety of all attendees, as well as hotel staff.

Any individual failing to comply will not be admitted or allowed to remain at the Conference. Refund requests will be denied for anyone refused entry or expelled from the event for failure to follow basic public health precautions.
